Do I have to pay the monthly fee?
No. The monthly care plan is optional. You own the site outright after the build. Most clients keep a plan because it covers hosting, backups, security, and content updates. There's no contract and no obligation.
What's included in the care plan?
Hosting, SSL, daily backups, uptime monitoring, and a set of included content edits per month (30 minutes on Basic, 90 on Pro, 3 hours on Pro+). The higher tiers add review automation, Google Business management, priority response, and a quarterly review.
How long does it take to build my site?
Most sites are ready for your first review in 3–5 business days. From first call to launch is typically 1–2 weeks. The timer starts when we talk, not when you sign a contract.
Do I own my website?
Yes, fully. The domain, the code, the hosting account. If you ever leave, you walk out with everything. We don't hold anything hostage.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can move from Get Found to Grow to Scale at any time. We scope the upgrade, agree on price, and build it. No need to start over.
What if I already have a website?
We can rebuild it on the same domain, migrate your content, and make it faster and cleaner than what you have. Most clients who come to us with existing sites are surprised by the difference.
Do you use AI to build websites?
We use AI tools the way a carpenter uses a power saw: to move faster without cutting corners. Every site gets human design decisions, human-written copy reviewed for your voice, and human oversight at every step. The result is a custom site, not a generated template.
What about SEO and marketing?
Every site is built Google-ready from day one: clean code, fast load times, proper meta structure, and Google Business integration. For businesses that want more, Local SEO is available as a monthly add-on -- keyword research, citation building, and monthly rankings reports.
Do you offer photography?
We work with photographers we trust in the Seattle area. If you need on-site photos, we can coordinate that as part of the build. Ask about it on the discovery call.
